Job Description

The ideal candidate are a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget; committed to achieving project goals and can analyze data and situations for informed decision-making; strong communication skills ensure effective collaboration among cross-functional teams, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager manages and oversees all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget based on the contract (specifications). Responsible for managing scope, cost, quality, schedule, internal staffing, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. Prepares reports for management regarding the status of the project.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Review contracts and translate them into a project plan.
  • Plan and implement projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables; creating schedules and project timelines; defining tasks and required resources; managing budgets; allocating project resources; and tracking deliverables.
  • Lead quality assurance; monitor and report on project progress.
  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
  • Evaluate and assess the result of the completed project.
  • Official closeout of projects, organize handover to client and service.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Chemical Engineering
  • Project management certification (PMP) or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of Project Manager experience in a manufacturing company in biogas, energy, wastewater treatment, or mining sectors.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Advanced understanding of P&ID, PFD, and 3D drawings where candidates can provide concise opinions.
